BOJ Construction performed all aspects of the site development on this 9 acre, 46 unit, 55+ residential development, from land clearing and earthwork, to extensive retaining walls, utility construction, foundations, and all aspects of site finishes. BOJ also completed the town required widening and reconstruction of the public roadway leading to the development which included replacement of water, sewer, and gas, as well new sidewalks, curbing, paving, etc..

This project is approximately 85% complete with an expected completion in July of 2020.
